Description
Use NCL® NEXT CENTURY™ LVT / Linoleum High Gloss Floor Coating to provide a maintainable “wear layer” to improve cleaning efficiency, and protect your flooring investment. This advanced product creates a protective barrier that adds a high gloss shine to reveal the true character, color and beauty of the floor. This water-resistant coating improves slip resistance and improves the cleaning ability on the surface. NEXT CENTURY™ is recommended for use on LVT & Linoleum floors; use it on new flooring to protect and enhance the original beauty and look. Use it on worn flooring to restore and revitalize the look of the surface.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
Using a clean mop or applicator apply thin uniform coats of NEXT CENTURY™ LVT / Linoleum Floor Coating. Allow to dry for a minimum of 20 minutes after each coat. Do not apply more than 4 coats in a 24 hour period. Floor should be thoroughly dry before traffic is allowed in area.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES:
Sweep large debris and dust mop. Damp mop or clean with an automatic scrubber using your appropriate floor pad and NCL LVT CLEAN™ following label directions.
SCRUB AND RECOAT PROCEDURES:
1. Dust mop floor to remove all dry soil and loose debris prior to cleaning.
2. Clean the surface using NCL® SURFACE PREP™ at a dilution ratio of 1:6 to 1:10, depending on build-up, using a mop and bucket or automatic scrubber and appropriate floor cleaning pad. Rinse and allow to dry thoroughly.
3. Using a wet mop or microfiber applicator, apply NEXT CENTURY™ at a rate of 2500 sq. ft. per gallon. Allow to dry thoroughly.
4. Worn, dull, lifeless floors may require more than one application. Repeat step 3 as desired, being sure to allow adequate time for drying between each coat.
5. Routine cleaning is recommended using NCL LVT-CLEAN™ to prolong the life of the coating and LVT. -
