• Description

  An advanced pH neutral “ultra-wetting” formula for routine, safe, cleaning of luxury vinyl tile (LVT), linoleum, no-wax flooring and synthetic floors.  LVT presents unique challenges when it comes to floor cleaning and maintenance.  The cleaner must be neutral in pH to prevent chemical damage and high performing to work on both flat and embossed surfaces commonly found on LVT.  This unique “ultra-wetting” formula quickly penetrates dirt, soils, etc on the floor surface, surrounding the soil right down to the surface and leaving the floor cleaner, brighter, more alive.  LVT-CLEAN™ Routine Luxury Vinyl Tile Cleaner is low-foaming and recommended for use manually with a mop and bucket or with automatic scrubbers.

• Directions

  Product Dilution Rates:
  Normal Soil 2 oz. per gallon
  Heavy Soil 4 oz. per gallon
  Routine Damp Mopping:
  Dilute solution according to the chart above. Use cold water only. Wring the damp mop out tightly. Damp mop, rinsing the wet mop frequently. Allow to dry thoroughly. No rinsing is required.
  Mop & Bucket Deep Cleaning:
  Dilute solution according to the chart above. Use cold water only. Mop diluted solution onto floor; allow solution to dwell on surface for 2-3 minutes. Agitate solution as required with mop, or with floor machine and RED maintenance pad. Remove solution from floor with mop and bucket or wet vacuum. Allow to dry thoroughly.
  Automatic Scrubber Deep Cleaning:
  Use a RED maintenance pad. Apply product with the brushes on, vacuum off and squeegee in the up position; allow solution to dwell on surface for 2-3 minutes. With brushes on, vacuum on and squeegee in the down position, scrub the floor surface and remove solution from floor with automatic scrubber. Allow to dry thoroughly.
