  • Description

    This product is a one-step disinfectant cleaner and deodorant designed for general cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, and controlling mold and mildew on hard, non-porous environmental surfaces. It cleans quickly, removing dirt, grime, mold, mildew, body oils and other common soils found in hospitals, nursing homes, schools and colleges, day care centers, medical offices, funeral homes, hotels, motels, public areas and restrooms. This product may be used on washable hard, non-porous surfaces such as: floors, walls, glass, laminated surfaces, metal, glazed porcelain, plastic, chrome, vinyl, enameled surfaces, painted woodwork.

  • Directions

    It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. This product is not for use on medical device surfaces.

    FOR USE AS A GENERAL, HOSPITAL, MEDICAL DISINFECTANT, FUNGICIDE, VIRUCIDE*, CLEANER:

    1. Preclean heavily soiled areas. 
    2. Apply use solution of 0.5 oz. of this product per gal. of water to disinfect hard, non-porous surfaces with a sponge, brush, cloth, mop, or mechanical spray device. For spray applications, spray 6-8 inches from surface. Do not breathe spray. 
    3. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes. 
    4. Wipe dry with a clean cloth or allow to air dry. Rinsing of floors is not necessary unless they are to be waxed or polished. 
    5. Prepare a fresh solution daily or when visibly dirty.

    *KILLS HIV, HBV AND HCV ON PRE-CLEANED HARD, NONPOROUS SURFACES/OBJECTS PREVIOUSLY SOILED WITH BLOOD/ BODY FLUIDS in health care settings or other settings in which there is an expected likelihood of soiling of hard, nonporous surfaces/objects with blood or body fluids and in which the surfaces/objects likely to be soiled with blood or body fluids can be associated with the potential for transmission of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) (associated with AIDS), Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) and Hepatitis C Virus (HCV).

    SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATION AGAINST HIV-1, HBV AND HCV ON SURFACES/OBJECTS SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS.
    Personal Protection
    : Wear protective latex gloves, gowns, masks and eye protection.
    Cleaning Procedure: Blood and other body fluids containing HIV-1, HBV & HCV must be thoroughly cleaned from hard, non-porous surfaces and objects before application of this product.
    Disposal of Infectious Materials: Blood and other body fluids, cleaning materials and clothing must be autoclaved and disposed of according to federal, state and local regulations for infectious waste disposal.
    Contact Time: Allow hard, nonporous surfaces to remain wet for 10 minutes for all organisms.
    TO CONTROL MOLD/MILDEW: Pre-clean heavily soiled areas. Prepare use solution by adding 0.5 oz. of this product per gal. of water. Apply use solution to hard, non-porous surfaces for 10 minutes, which will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and their odors. Repeat treatment every seven days, or more often if new growth appears.
    GENERAL DEODORIZATION: To deodorize, apply 0.5 to 1 oz. of this product per gal. of water to hard, non-porous surfaces. Allow to air dry.

    Precautionary statement:
    Prevention: Wear protective gloves. Wear eye/face protection. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product.
    Response: If on skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician if you feel unwell. Do NOT induce vomiting. IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
    Storage: Keep container tightly closed,. Store away from incompatible materials.
    Disposal: Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations. This product is a U.S. EPA registered pesticide. This product is a "Hazardous Chemical" as defined by the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200. All components are on the U.S. EPA TSCA Inventory List.
