    Per the December 2, 2021 revision of EPA List N, DUAL-BLEND® #9 Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner Deodorizer has now demonstrated effectiveness against SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19 on hard, non-porous surfaces in just 2 minutes 

    This product is for use on hard, non-porous surfaces in: hospitals, healthcare facilities, nursing homes, businesses, office buildings, restrooms, shower rooms, locker rooms, institutions, schools, commercial, industrial, and institutional sites. This product is a hospital-use germicidal disinfectant cleaner and deodorant designed for general cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing and controlling mold and mildew on hard, non-porous non-food contact surfaces. Kills H1N1 Influenza A Virus. This product is formulated to provide effective cleaning strength that will not dull high gloss floor finishes with repeated use. This product is a no-rinse neutral pH disinfectant cleaner that disinfects, cleans, and deodorizes hard, non-porous, non-food contact surfaces in one labor-saving step when used according to the disinfection directions. This product is a concentrated non-acid bowl and bathroom cleaner, which cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes in one easy step when used according to the disinfection directions. This product cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes hard, non-porous surfaces by killing odor causing microorganisms and mold and mildew. This product is formulated for use on hard, non-porous surfaces such as: glazed restroom ceramic, glazed restroom tile, glazed porcelain, chrome and vinyl, stainless steel, plastic, finished floors, walls, fixtures, toilets, urinals, sinks.

    For use in: Federally inspected meat and poultry plants as a floor and wall cleaner for use in all departments. Food products and packaging material must be removed from the room or carefully protected. All surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water. This product may be used on washable hard, non-porous surfaces such as: floors, walls, glass, laminated surfaces, metal, stainless steel, glazed porcelain, plastic, chrome, vinyl, enameled surfaces, painted woodwork.

    It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
    Rinse hard, non-porous food contact surfaces with potable water after application of product.
    This product is not for use on medical device surfaces.
     
    FOR USE AS A ONE-STEP, GENERAL, HOSPITAL DISINFECTANT, VIRUCIDE*, FUNGICIDE, DEODORIZER, CLEANER:
    1. Pre-clean visibly soiled areas.
    2. Prepare a use solution of 0.5 oz. of this product per gal. of water (or equivalent use dilution).
    3. To disinfect hard, non-porous, non-food contact surfaces, apply use solution with a sponge, brush, cloth, mop, by immersion, auto scrubber, mechanical spray device. For spray applications, spray 6-8 inches from surface. Do not breathe spray.
    4. Treated surfaces must remain visibly wet for 2 minutes to kill SARS-CoV-2 or for 10 minutes to kill all organisms listed on the label.
    5. Allow to air dry.
    6. Prepare a fresh solution daily or when visibly dirty.

    *KILLS HIV, HBV AND HCV ON PRE-CLEANED HARD, NON-POROUS SURFACES/OBJECTS PREVIOUSLY SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS in health care settings or other settings in which there is an expected likelihood of soiling of hard, non-porous surfaces/objects with blood or body fluids and in which the surfaces/objects likely to be soiled with blood or body fluids can be associated with the potential for transmission of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1), Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) and Hepatitis C Virus (HCV).
     
    SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATION AGAINST HIV-1, HBV AND HCV ON SURFACES/OBJECTS SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS.
    Personal Protection: Wear protective latex gloves, gowns, masks, and eye protection.
    Cleaning Procedure: Blood and other body fluids must be thoroughly cleaned from hard, non-porous surfaces and objects before application of this product.
    Disposal of Infectious Materials: Blood and other body fluids, cleaning materials and clothing must be autoclaved and disposed of according to federal, state, and local regulations for infectious waste disposal.
    Contact Time: Allow hard, non-porous surfaces to remain visibly wet for 2 minutes to kill HIV and 10 minutes for all organisms listed on the label.

    TO CONTROL MOLD/MILDEW: Pre-clean visibly soiled areas. Prepare use solution by adding 0.5 oz. of this product per gal. of water (or equivalent use dilution). Apply use solution to hard, non-porous surfaces which will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and their odors. Repeat treatment every 7 days, or more often if new growth appears.

    NON-ACID TOILET BOWL AND URINAL DISINFECTANT/CLEANING DIRECTIONS: Remove visible soil prior to disinfection. From a Use Solution: Apply use solution prepared by adding 0.5 oz. of this product per gal. of water (or equivalent use dilution) (660 ppm active) to exposed surfaces above the water line, including under the rim, with a toilet brush/mop, cloth, or sponge, hand pump trigger spray device, coarse trigger spray device. For spray applications, spray 6-8 inches from surface. Do not breathe spray. Allow surfaces to remain visibly wet for 10 minutes and flush.

    CLEANING/DISINFECTING WATERLESS URINALS: Preliminary cleaning is required for visibly soiled surfaces. Remove and properly dispose of cartridge according to manufacturer’s directions. Deep clean or disinfect the entire urinal by applying a use solution of 0.5 oz. of this product per gal. of water (or equivalent use dilution) (660 ppm active) directly onto surface. Allow surfaces to remain visibly wet for 10 minutes. Wipe surface to clean. Change cartridge as needed. The unit is ready for use.

    FOR USE TO CLEAN AND DISINFECT SHOWER ROOMS, LOCKER ROOMS AND OTHER LARGE, OPEN AREAS WITH FLOOR DRAINS: Pre-clean visibly soiled areas. Apply use solution of 0.5 oz. of this product per gal. of water (660 ppm active) (or equivalent use dilution) to floors, walls and ceilings making sure not to over spray. To disinfect, all hard, non-porous surfaces must remain visibly wet for 10 minutes. Scrub using a deck brush or other coarse material as necessary. Rinse surfaces thoroughly and let air dry. Prepare a fresh solution daily or when visibly dirty.

    AUTOMATED DILUTION SYSTEM (DUAL-BLEND) INSTRUCTIONS: Remove cap and insert cartridge into dispenser. Press button to dispense 0.5 oz. /gal. water of this product into a bucket, bottle, scrubber or other container.

    Precautionary statement:
    Prevention: Wear protective gloves. Wear eye/face protection. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product.
    Response: If on skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician if you feel unwell. Do NOT induce vomiting. IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
    Storage: Keep container tightly closed. Store away from incompatible materials.
    Disposal: Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations. This product is a U.S. EPA registered pesticide.
    This product is a "Hazardous Chemical" as defined by the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200. All components are on the U.S. EPA TSCA Inventory List.
